At Bowvibe, we do everything possible to prepare and ship your orders promptly to provide you with a quality shopping experience.
1. Order processing
All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Delivery areas
Jolibae ships its products to most countries worldwide.
Deliveries are available to, among others:

- North America
- South America
- Asia
- Africa
- Oceania
- Middle East
If your country is not offered at checkout, it means we are not yet able to deliver there.
3. Delivery fees
Worldwide delivery is free, with no minimum purchase.
Additional fees may occasionally apply for certain destinations or delivery services and will be indicated before order confirmation.
4. Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow your package’s progress.
5. Delays, lost or damaged packages
Delays beyond our control may occasionally occur, especially due to customs operations, carriers, or force majeure events.
If your package is lost, damaged, or if you encounter a delivery issue, please contact our customer service with your order number. We will review your request and do our best to find a suitable solution.
